Welcome!
My name is Steven Waslander, and I am a Postdoctoral scholar under Claire J. Tomlin in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Stanford University.

Here you will find a collection of pages regarding my work on system control problems in aerospace engineering. Specifically, I work on both cooperative and non-cooperative systems of multiple independent decision makers, and seek optimal control strategies for resource allocation in air traffic control, as well as coordination strategies for collision avoidance and task assignment for unmanned aerial vehicle teams, and in particular, for STARMAC: the Stanford Testbed of Autonomous Rotorcraft for Multi-Agent Control.

Most of the exciting content is available from the gallery, where you will find the highlight videos and photos from projects both old and new, including indoor and outdoor quadrotor flights, blimp waypoint tracking, rover collision avoidance, and network flow simulations for air traffic. If you feel there's a video missing, or a problem I should work on, feel free to contact me directly.
